This recipe serves 8 and is 4 points per serving. My non-Weight Watchers husband really liked it, so its a good bet to serve this to the whole family. I developed this recipe by combining some others then substituting in more diet friendly items.

I finally feel in a better place now. The break I took from talking about weight loss was exactly what I needed to get my head on straight - I even took a break from the message boards on WeightWatchers.com! Now I feel fresher and more focused.
